Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ScanzQR ("the Service"), a QR code and customer-engagement platform for businesses. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ScanzQR provides a QR code design studio, dynamic QR codes with editable destinations, hosted business pages (such as menus and review cards), scan and rating analytics, and AI-assisted content tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person or business per account; you may not resell access without our written consent.

3. Acceptable use

• QR codes and hosted pages must not link to or contain illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
• You may not use the Service to send spam or to collect data you have no right to collect.
• Review features: you are responsible for using review-collection tools in compliance with the policies of the platforms involved (including Google's review policies) and applicable law. ScanzQR provides configuration options (such as sending all ratings to Google) to support compliant use, but the choice of configuration and its consequences are yours.
• AI-generated drafts (review suggestions, reply drafts) are starting points. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published anywhere.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• The QR design studio is free. Paid features are available on the Pro plan at ₹299 per month plus applicable GST.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; paid features remain active until the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (logos, menus, business information). You grant us the licence needed to host and display that content to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost business or reviews removed by third-party platforms.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, dynamic QR short links and hosted pages stop resolving.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the seat of the Service operator have exclusive jurisdiction.
