How it works
- 1
Put the QR on your counter
Create a review card, point a dynamic QR at it, print it on a stand, table tent, or sticker. The destination stays editable forever.
- 2
Customers scan and tap a star rating
No app, no typing, no login. The review card opens instantly in their phone browser with five big stars.
- 3
Happy customers post on Google in two taps
They pick one of your AI-suggested reviews or edit it to make it their own. The text is copied automatically and Google's review box opens. Paste, post, done.

Unhappy customers reach you, not Google
Low ratings open a private message form instead. The complaint lands in your inbox with their contact, so you can fix it before it becomes a 1-star review.
Everything the funnel needs, built in
AI review suggestions
Generate a pool of varied, natural-sounding review starters tuned to your business. Every scan shows a random three, and customers can edit before posting, so reviews never look copy-pasted.
Private feedback inbox
Every low rating becomes a private message with the customer's contact details. You get a second chance instead of a public complaint.
AI reply assistant
Paste any Google review and get an owner-voice reply drafted in seconds. Warm for praise, gracious for criticism. You approve every word.
Ratings analytics
Total ratings, average score, and scan counts per QR code show you whether the counter stand or the receipt sticker converts better.
Editable after printing
The printed QR code points at a short link you control. Rebrand, move, or repoint it any time without reprinting.
Your routing rules
Choose which ratings go to Google: everyone, 4 stars and up, or 5 stars only. A fully policy-safe “any rating” option is built in.
Honest answers
Do reviews post automatically?
No, and no tool can do that. Google doesn't allow pre-filling its review form, so the customer always posts it themselves. We make it two taps: their chosen text is copied to the clipboard, Google's review box opens, they paste and post.
What do I need to start?
A verified Google Business Profile (free at business.google.com) and a ScanzQR account. Setup takes about two minutes: paste your Google review link or Place ID, print the QR.
Is this within Google's rules?
Review gating and templated reviews sit close to Google's policy line, which is why review cards ship with an “any rating goes to Google” compliance mode, randomized suggestions, and an edit-before-posting step. You choose the routing that fits your risk comfort.
What happens to the bad ratings?
They come straight to you: rating, what went wrong, and optional contact details. Reply personally and fix the issue. Most upset customers just want to be heard.
